The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using Learner Centered Micro Teaching (LCMT) on the development of teacher candidates’ teaching competencies.

The aim of this study is to researching of influence utilize Learner Centered Micro Teaching (LCMT) on the expansion of teacher recruit’s teaching compentencies.

II. Methodology
a. Participant

Teacher candidates formed groups according to the lesson presentations based on the same observation forms. Each teacher candidate taught the lesson to that group.

The first presentation of teacher candidates was observed by the researcher and observation forms were filled out. The candidate’s second presentations were also observed and the same forms were filled out again. The forms were checked against the videotapes. The data on observation sheets were entered on SPSS program; the first observation sheets were used as pretest and the second as posttests.The difference between pretest and posttest scores were determined using-tests


The first of presentation of teacher recruit about the researcher observe to them and observation forms were limited. The second of recruit’s presentations were also observed as the first. The forms were examine with using videotapes. The data on observation sheets will entered on SPSS program. It is means that the first observation sheets utilizing as pretest and the second as posttests. The contrast between both were selected using tests.

III. Main Finding

Results based on the scores in the pre-and posttests showed that (LCMT) model had a progress in teacher candidates’ teaching behaviors on subject area,planning,teachingprocess,classroom management, communication, and evaluation

The result of using scores in the pre-and postests indicated that (LCMT) model can be headway in teacher candidate’s teaching action on subject are, planning,teaching process, classroom management, communication and evaluation.

V. Conclusion
