The inspiration technique of teaching by my favorite teacher!

My teacher
One of my English teacher in SMPN. 4 SUNGGUMINASA is Mr. HK. I taught by him when I am the first grade in junior high school. My school in south sulawesi, before I moved in kendari. I choosed to tell him because He was the teacher who rarely to noticed by his students including me. When he was the class I remembered that many students does not like his teaching and actually, my friends were not interested with English class. We thought that English is one of difficult subject.
He was old but I like his spirit to teaching English, he always be patient although some of students is not serious to his lesson. I like his personality as a teacher. he was nice and friendly. When there are students who did not finish their assignment. He never angry and no punishment.
However, I do not like the way his teaching. His voice was too low, sometimes, there are words are unclear whereas English must clear to pronounce it. If I sat in the back, I did not hear his voice. That’s why I and my friends did not notice to him until his student red a comic, talking with the others, and over sleep hiddenly. I felt like is not a class. My teacher can not be controller to us. It is so sad to remember him.
Based on the teacher perform, the technique that I will be used in this class is running for your words by Laura Loder buchel. It is recommendation in the teacher’s notes is to simply pre-teach the vocabulary, read the text aloud, and then let the students making the object. There is no real reason to communication. There is also no need to understand the written text because the steps are accompanied by pictures and are presented in order. To make these fun activities more condusive to communication, I have folded paper frogs and work with recipes like the example of paper frogs by laura. So, I think that this technique it can be focused only students. By fun activity, students will be shifted to this teachnique

Definition of Curriculum based on my opinion

What do you understand about curriculum?
Curriculum is a teacher effort in developing the material are few and based on the students need. a teacher like a director in film. It means that, a teacher have the responsibility in a process developing of teaching materials. A teacher demand to be creative to developing materials in order to produce an excellent teaching of learning scenario.
If a teacher can understand about curriculum then he/she also can understand about love because that teacher always thinking his/her students. It can know the love level with the students with how’s far a teacher to be honest and always forgiveness. When the love level is highest, it called "the True love". To find out the love level, the following paragraph will be explain the important step for developing materials.
The important step is student needs and the way to fulfill the student needs are observing, asking, facebility, and contentbility. The subsequent list of student need was based on two major factors. The first is teacher observation of classroom behaviour and the second is student feedback gathered through informal conversations with teachers. A compiled list of needs was then made available to all teachers. A teacher that understand about curriculum were not bound, however to the provided lesson plans. The lesson plan were intended to support teachers, not to restrict them.
In curriculum, There is a skill that we must to integrated with a context when  teaching process. So, the aim of curriculum development by teacher to improving the quality of teaching and learning outcome.
